Shaun Bedford was presented with a trophy at last night’s award ceremony as Holmesterne took runner up place in the ‘Most Engaged Member’ category.
Shaun has been an active MIY member since enrolling Holmesterne over a year ago and now sits on the MIY Council. He has been particularly active in promoting the benefits of joining MIY and recruiting other Yorkshire based Food Manufacturers as well as companies involved in the Food Industry. He has presented at best practice networking events and Holmesterne actively purchases from other MIY Members.
Attendees heard a rousing speech from Lord Whitby concerning optimism amongst members about future growth and investment despite the economic forecast surrounding Brexit.
